Right, here's the laundry list of things you need to do to apply to TRI:
First, register. You'll need it to finish the process. A moderator should approve your application in a fairly timely fashion, unless you apply at some ungodly hour.
Next, read this list of very long posts. No, there's not a quiz at the end so you could skip it, but I guarantee it will end up biting you in the ass, particularly if you skip the parts about loot and addons.
